Spring means warmth Sunshine, comfortable temperatures, and sunset later (thank you, Daylight Savings Time). Unfortunately, it also comes with seasonal allergies. Many of us suffer from a runny nose, itchy eyes, and constant sneezing, among other annoying symptoms. During these trying times, I highly recommend investing in an air purifier to help keep your home free of pesky allergens seeping in from outside. Below, we’ve rounded up great deals on a variety of WIRED-certified air purifiers for spaces large and small.

The best deals on air purifiers

Effective in spaces up to 361 feet, the Airmega 200M is our favorite air purifier for small rooms. Both are compressed And Attractive, so you will have no difficulty in finding a suitable place for it in your home. It also comes with an air quality monitor that speeds up the fan when it detects particles and shuts off the device when it doesn’t detect pollution – a great way to save energy.
The Pure Fan Auto is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet air purifier—it circulates air five times an hour in a 362-square-foot room. It also doubles as a fan. It’s not powerful enough to cool an uncomfortably warm room, but it’s nice to sit in front of. Heavy sleepers will also appreciate the night mode feature, which turns the fan to its lowest setting and turns off the air quality indicator light. This is the lowest price we’ve tracked to date.
This earned an honorable mention in our roundup of the best air purifiers. It is rated for smaller rooms, specifically between 180 and 320 square feet. It packs an H13 HEPA filter, along with support for Google Assistant, Alexa, and HomeKit (which is great if you have an iPhone). It also comes with a handle for carrying it from room to room, and it lifts significantly when there are more particles than normal in the room.
If you’re going to be taking a well-deserved vacation anytime soon, we suggest adding Wind Plus to your packing list. As one of the smallest air purifiers on the market, it fits in a car cup holder and on a nightstand. Although it is not a HEPA filter, it is still able to clean particles larger than 0.3 microns within 3 feet. It comes with an air quality sensor, a kickstand, and a microfiber travel bag, too. It’s down to $155, but we still think this is a solid deal.
This deal is only available to Amazon Prime subscribers. If you are not sure if you need an air purifier, we recommend getting an air quality monitor. The Temptop M10 not only tracks total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and formaldehyde (CH) levels.2Ol) but also the General Air Quality Index (which measures particulate matter 2.5 micrometers or less in size, such as wildfire smoke). However, it does not track carbon dioxide2 or humidity. It’s down to $76 last month, but it doesn’t fluctuate much in price.
