If you enjoy the way the series plays with genres, winking at the audience along the way, The Venture Bros. is your go-to. It is a wonderful tribute, similar in humor but with a few different points of reference.

Show like Rick and Morty as well as The Venture Bros. Archer plays in a very familiar generic territory: spy fantasy. A mockery of James Bond and similar super-spies, Archer is a parody of the whole idea of Cold War espionage.
