Motorola’s upcoming Razr 40 Ultra has been starring in plenty of leaks and rumors lately, the latest of which we saw in official-looking promotional materials last week. Today, we get a leaked spec sheet to take note of, and the chipset selection may not be to everyone’s taste.
This is because according to a new report, the foldable phone will eschew the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and go for its predecessor, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, instead. The main cameras are 12MP wide with Sony IMX563 sensor and 13MP ultra-wide with SK Hynix Hi1336 sensor, while the inner one gets a 32MP selfie camera with OmniVision OV32B40 sensor.
It is claimed that the device will be offered in black, blue and “Barberry”. According to a previous report, the Razr 40 Ultra will pack a 3,640mAh battery with 33W charging support. It is expected to run Android 13 with Motorola’s My UX on top. With so many leaks and rumours, we hope the phone will go official sooner rather than later.
